HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Easy. Fill out the forum above, we will respond to your reservation asking for a copy of your valid driver’s license and insurance card. After receiving the necessary documents you will receive two emails. 1. a rental agreement for signature and 2. a payment link to reserve your vehicle.

HOW MANY HOURS CAN I RENT A CAR?

Sports cars are 12hr minimum.

Standard cars are a 48hr minimum.

Vehicles booked last minute (with-in 24hrs of pick-up time) will incur a 20% fee. Subject to vehicle availability.

HOW MANY MILES DO I GET?

200 mile limit per day and 100 mile limit per half day. Some exclusions apply.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?

23 years or older. Driver’s younger than 25 years old will incur a $99 young driver fee.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP THE CAR?

We have locations free to pick up in the cities that we operate in. We also deliver to major airports for free. If you are requesting a special delivery within 25 miles of our location an additional fee of $199 will be applied to your trip.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

No. Unless you refuse a trip protection package, then you will be required to give a deposit.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL DRIVERS?

Yes. We require a valid drivers license and insurance policy for each individual who wants to be added.

HOW DOES INSURANCE WORK?

When booking direct with us, we take a copy of your driver’s license and insurance card. We require that the names of the driver and insured driver match. We require limits of 100/300/100 for most cars. If your limits do not cover our car, you are able to raise your limits on your personal policy ONLY for the rental trip dates. It’s a very common practice and we’re happy to walk you through those steps.

ARE THERE TAXES?

Yes. Varies based on the state you are renting in.

Minnesota Sales Tax Rate of 8.875% + Motor Vehicle Rental Tax of 9.2% + Motor Vehicle Rental Fee of 5% will be included on every invoice.

Massachusetts Sales Tax Rate of 6.25% + Vehicle Rental Surcharge of $10 will be included on every invoice.

WHEN DO I PAY?

In order to secure your rental you must pay the outstanding amount upon receiving your invoice. Your trip with us will not be guaranteed until you’ve paid in full. Invoices failed to be paid within one week of your trip start time will be voided.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All cancelations with a 72 hour notice or greater are subject to a full refund. If you need to cancel a trip within 72 hours of your trip start time you will be given a credit in the amount paid that can be used at anytime. We strictly adhere to this policy.

DO YOU OFFER TRIP PROTECTION?

Yes. You will be asked to elect “Roadside Assistance” or “Tire & Glass Protection.” If you refuse either option, we will require a deposit to help on the reservation.

Roadside Assistance | Should you need a tow, spare tire change, a jump, and other miscellaneous services… This protection plan is offered so you can rent in confidence.

Tire & Glass Protection | Protect yourself from the unknown. Punctured tires and broken windshields happen and this protection plan is offered so you can rent in confidence.

*These options do NOT cover mechanical failure or property damage due to customer mis-use or gross negligence in vehicle operation. You are fully responsible for your own actions while operating a Driveify vehicle.*

ARE THERE PENALTIES FOR LATE RETURN?

Yes. You have a 1 hour grace period to return the vehicle. Every hour thereafter will incur a $100 per hour fee that will automatically be charged to the card on file for the reservation.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK ON TURO?

No. In fact, we encourage you to book direct with us. No hidden fees, no nonsense!

DO YOU OFFER LONG TERM RENTALS / LEASES?

Yes. A multi-day trip discount will be applied to the daily rate for trips longer than 10 days. We have no limit on how long you can rent a vehicle. Please inquire for pricing.

CAN I RENT A CAR FOR RIDE SHARE?
